You can register for our courses online, personally or via email. Please note that all registrations are binding. For information about payment and cancellation policies, please see our terms and conditions. Course places will be allocated in the order in which applications are received. 

After we receive your registration, we will send you a confirmation of registration and an invoice. Please pay by the specified date, otherwise we will have to cancel your registration.

At Deutsch in Graz you can take the placement test and register for a language course from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.

Visa

Please enquire about current visa regulations at your local Austrian Embassy or Consulate before registering for a course.

If you require a visa for travel to Austria, all course and accommodation fees must be paid in advance. Only then can we issue a letter of acceptance for the Austrian Embassy.

As the formalities usually take a long time to complete, we recommend early registration. Confirmation will be sent by post to your address. This can take up to 4 weeks. If you wish to receive your visa documents by express courier, you will need to pay the necessary fees yourself.

If your visa application is rejected, we can only refund your fees if you inform us via e-mail before the beginning of the course. However, this will incur a handling fee of € 100.00.
