No right of withdrawal under the FAGG

The right of withdrawal under Section 11 of the FAGG (Federal Act on Distance Selling and Off-Premises Contracts [Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act]) is excluded pursuant to § 18 (1) Z 10 FAGG, as the contracts in question constitute distance contracts for services provided in connection with leisure activities and the contract provides for a specific time or period for the provision of services.
